Arvind Kejriwal: Court orders the order on CM Arvind Kejriwal’s plea – Latest Bihar News. Bihar Latest News Achi-News

The Rosa Boulevard Court in Delhi reserved the order on a plea filed by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal regarding a meeting with lawyers. The Chief Minister of Delhi ordered to extend the meeting time with his lawyers from twice a week to five times. Special Judge Kaveri Baviya fixed April 9 for issuing orders in the case.

According to the jail manual, the Delhi CM and Delhi Aam Aadmi Party national convener are allowed to meet lawyers only twice. Arvind Kejriwal is currently in judicial custody in the Delhi Excise Policy case. Delhi’s Rouse Avenue court allowed CM Arvind Kejriwal’s lawyers to meet while hearing the meeting petition, decision reserved. The court will now give its verdict on CM Arvind Kejriwal’s petition on April 9.

Earlier, a petition was filed in the High Court to impeach CM Arvind Kejriwal in the Delhi Excise Policy case. The court dismissed this petition on Thursday.
