A demand was submitted by AD to submit a new complaint to the court. Said the investigating agency has enough material. Permission must be given to submit a new complaint.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has received a reprieve from the Supreme Court in the Chhattisgarh liquor scam case. The court said that when no primary offense was committed and no income was generated from the crime, then it is not money laundering. The court also said why not dismiss the money laundering case.

A double bench of Justice Abhay S Oka and Justice Ujwal Bhoyan
