Under this campaign, 214th CRPF Battalion has achieved success. A cylinder bomb hidden in the forest by the Naxalites with the aim of spreading chaos in the elections and causing harm to the security forces and the police was found. The bomb was defused by the squad. CRPF 214 Battalion Chief KD Joshi said that F/214 Battalion and Latehar District Police conducted a joint operation in the dense forests of Jaigir Hills near Baribandh village in Garu police station. In it a cylinder bomb was seen hiding under a stone rock. Weight is 5 to 6 kg. This operation was led by Assistant Principal Mayur Suryakant.
