According to police sources, a PCR call was received around 10:40 pm on Wednesday. The caller said her daughter may have been murdered. As soon as this news was received, a team from Dabri police station reached the concerned house in Rajapuri area of ​​Dwarka.

A senior police officer told the media that the flat had been entered. The young woman’s body was then recovered from a room cupboard. The crime team and FSL are investigating the entire incident. The police also said that the young woman’s father was also present at the scene at that time. He claimed his daughter was killed by live-in partner Vipaul Taylor. The young woman’s body has been sent to the DDU Hospital morgue for an autopsy.

While raising the issue the last time he spoke to the girl, he claimed that the girl used to say that Vipaul, a live-in partner, used to beat her. The young woman even expressed her fear that Vipal might kill her.

The young girl’s father said that the young girl was renting the flat with her live-in partner Vipal for the last month and a half. Currently, a search operation is underway to nab the accused, who lives in Surat. A case was registered against Vipal under Section 302 (murder) of the Indian Penal Code based on the complaint of the deceased’s father. Even the CCTV cameras around the van are being scrutinised.
