During the inspection, the DM gave instructions to provide guaranteed minimum facilities in all the polling stations as per the intention of the Election Commission. According to him, the voters who come to the polls should not face any inconvenience. Considering the possible heat of the month of April, shaded places must also be arranged in all polling stations and instructions have been given for arranging chilled drinking water. In order to maintain peace and order in the area in view of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, Sheikhupura police is running a vehicle checking campaign at the main intersection of the city including bypass road, college mode and other places. Where all the small and big vehicles coming from Sheikhpura towards Sikandra, Lakhisarai, Shahpur, Barbigha are inspected.
