Instead, during the inspection by DM, due to the dilapidated condition of the 157 Revenue Tehsil Court, Hussainabad, instructions were given to the officer concerned to carry out repairs as soon as possible and inform him. He examined the arrangements of basic facilities such as drinking water, seating arrangements, toilets, lights, ramps, etc. in all the stalls. The present general public also turned to vote on April 19th and received information about the special facilities given to elderly voters for voting. During the inspection, the DM gave instructions to provide guaranteed minimum facilities in all the polling stations as per the intention of the Election Commission. According to him, the voters who come to the polls should not face any inconvenience. Considering the possible heat of the month of April, shaded places must also be arranged in all polling stations and instructions have been given for arranging chilled drinking water. In order to maintain peace and order in the area in view of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, Sheikhupura police is running a vehicle checking campaign at the main intersection of the city including bypass road, college mode and other places. Where all the small and big vehicles coming from Sheikhpura towards Sikandra, Lakhisarai, Shahpur, Barbigha are inspected. During the investigation, the trunk of the vehicle of all those coming and going is checked and necessary documents are collected. In this context, the head of the police station, Dharmendra Kumar, said that in order to curb any kind of incidents and social elements in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, a vehicle inspection campaign is being conducted on the orders of the Superintendent of Police so that the elections can be held.
