Bhaskar News The third day of Sant Samagam was held to celebrate Nav Vikrami Samvat at Hari Mandir by Shri Sant located in Ward-7 Panipat. Swami Dayan and Saraswati said that a king had three sons. When one had to hand over the throne, he asked the saint for advice. On the advice of the saint, the king gave Rs 100 each to his three sons. He said you have to fill your respective palaces with these 100 rupees. The elder boy gambled Rs 100 and lost. The second son thought how to fill the royal palace with so little money, so he gave a rupee each to the people in his kingdom and asked them to fill the city’s garbage in his palace. Because of this his entire palace was filled with a foul smell. The king’s third son bought lamps and oil worth Rs 100 and filled the entire palace with light. The king was impressed by the intelligence of his third son and declared him emperor of his kingdom. Swami said that this is how God has sent us this body in the form of a kingdom. It depends on us whether we indulge in vices like gambling or let the foul smell of addiction ruin it. Or illuminate the knowledge that is within you. Mahant Swami Arundas of Jagannath Dham Trust and Sant Ramsukhdas Maharaj of Kalanaur welcomed the gathering. Bhajan singer Ved Kamal made the atmosphere devotional by singing the bhajan ‘Main Dar Pe Sar Jhunna Chahta Hoon, Tumhe Apna Bana Ban Chahta Hoon’. Pradhan Ramesh Chugh, Harnam Chugh, Uttam Ahuja, Ishwar Lal Ramdev, Kishore Ramdev, Darshan Ramdev, Karm Singh were present on this occasion.
