A hearing was held in the Jharkhand High Court on Wednesday on the problem of poor traffic system and congestion in the city. Traffic SP Sumit Kumar Aggarwal appeared before the division bench of Justice Rangan Mukhopadhyay and Justice Deepak Ration. He told the court that 30 thousand cars and e-rickshaws ply in the city. Due to the lack of parking arrangements near the intersections, there are traffic jams. The Municipal Corporation was told that due to the ongoing construction of three flyovers in the city, there was a traffic jam. But the court was not satisfied with this argument.
