Thousands of Newars were burnt to ashes due to a fire in the fields of Ichapur village in Kunch block of Gaya district. After the incident, chaos reigned among the villagers for hours. The local villagers somehow started trying to control the fire, but the fire grew stronger. After this information was given to the fire department, the fire team arrived at the scene and began to put out the massive fire that broke out in Eshkol Newari. The fire brigade team somehow controlled the fire but 30 thousand pieces of Newari were burnt to ashes, causing huge loss to the farmer. Regarding the incident, the victim farmer approached the CO of Koch Block demanding compensation.
