If Arvind Kejriwal had not resigned after coming out of jail, BJP would have continuously attacked him saying that he is not resigning even after he was stopped from working by the court. Due to this the functioning of Delhi is affected. Sensing this claim, Arvind Kejriwal planned to resign from his post and thus planned to set a big bar.

Now Kejriwal again faced a dilemma. If he had remained in the Prime Minister’s residence even after his resignation, the BJP would have accused him of not being able to give up the attraction of the Prime Minister’s residence. But if he had left his residence, it could have given rise to the alleged Shish Mahal controversy that could have hurt the Aam Aadmi Party ahead of the Delhi Assembly elections. The Aam Admi Party, which was already deeply involved in the liquor scam, could not tolerate this attack.

In light of this, Kejriwal decided to make Atchi Marlena the Chief Minister. With Atishi assuming the post of Chief Minister, the old residence of the Chief Minister would still have remained in Kejriwal’s possession and his controversies would not have come up. But right now Kejriwal, who has troubled the BJP with his moves till now, seems to have missed the boat. By leaving the Chief Minister’s residence, he gave an opportunity for a major controversy that could create new problems for the Aam Admi Party in the future.

BJP has done a smart thing

In fact, BJP has been constantly looking for an opportunity to bring the controversy at the Chief Minister’s former residence (6, Flag Staff Road, Civil Lines) before the public. BJP got an opportunity as soon as Kejriwal left the Chief Minister’s residence. He demanded an investigation into the alleged irregularities in the construction of this building. After that, the SBD wing sealed off the CM’s residence in the name of investigation. Now a new news will come out from this building every day and the Aam Aadmi Party will continue to answer it.

Immediately this bet seems to go against Kejriwal. But Kejriwal, who has become a shrewd politician, will keep an eye on the steps he takes to avoid this.

BJP said

Delhi BJP president Virendra Sachdeva on Wednesday said that the truth should be brought before the public by investigating the irregularities committed in the construction of the house at 6, Flag Staff Road. He said that everyone knows about this ‘Shishmahal’ bungalow that Arvind Kejriwal built illegally. His map is also not approved, nor does it have a certificate of completion. In such a situation, the Public Works Department has the right to decide whether this bungalow should be allotted further or not. He said Chief Minister Atishi Marlena has a bungalow at 17, AB Mathura Road already allotted to her as kosher, and from that bungalow the then Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit ran the government from 1998 to 2004.

Delhi BJP media chief Praveen Shankar Kapur said it was a strange irony that the party whose entire politics was based on “no bungalow, no car” is setting up an arena for bungalows today. Today Atishi Marlena is so desperate for the bungalow, but the truth is that she was appointed to the 17th. The bungalow on Mathura Street was assigned to her, she has not lived in it to this day. She gave this bungalow to MLA Manish Sisodia’s family to use and even today she lives in the Kalka Ji residence. In such a situation, their need for a new residence is beyond comprehension.
