Accused arrested by the police

Staff in-charge of the AVT, SI Pankaj, said that based on the complaint of Mussi Samin, a resident of Jalalpur, Mewat, a case has been registered at the IMT police station and an investigation has been initiated. Preliminary investigation revealed that Samin was driving his car in a taxi. On the night of 19 August, Samin was coming to Gurugram via Bilaspur in his car. Around 1 am in the night, four Samin boys booked a taxi for Gurugram for Rs 500 at Bilaspur Chowk. One of the boys said that his father was ill and was admitted in PGIMS Rohtak.
Have asked Samin for a walk tomorrow morning. Samin dropped off the four youths at Rajiv Chowk, Gurugram. The youth took Samin’s mobile phone number. Samin took the ride and went away. After some time, one of those boys called Samin and asked him to come to the bus stand in Gurgaon as he had to go to Rohtak. Booked Samin’s taxi for Rs 2500. Around 3 o’clock in the evening, the four youths got off the Gurgaon bus stand and left for Rohtak. When Samin went from Kharavad temple to Rohtak city, the youth asked him to go to Jhajjar. Samin refused to go to Jhajjar. The young man stopped the car on the pretext of going to the bathroom. The four youths beat Samin and made her sit in the back seat of the car. The youth beat up Samin and seized around Rs 4,000 and a mobile phone. Leaving Samin near Deeghal village, they fled the spot in the car.
The three accused hailed from Punjab
During the investigation, the AVT staff team conducted a raid and arrested a resident of Mangilal of Dutara district of Fazilka Punjab, Abhishek a resident of Seeto Gune district of Fazilka Punjab and a resident of Sochand of Khirpur district of Fazilka Punjab. An identification row of the accused was held by asking the court for an identification parade of the accused. The accused was identified by the complainant. The accused was obtained on a production warrant by the court and taken on police remand for three days.
