BJP leaders organized a press conference at Hotel Lo Marital on Friday evening. Addressing the press conference, many leaders including District Vice President Ranjan Fauji, Sardar Anmol Singh, former District General Secretary Ranjit Pandey, young BJP leaders of Ramgarh Assembly Rajiv Jaiswal, Rajiv Pamdutt, Mandal President Suryavansh Srivastava addressed the press conference. The leaders said that theft and illegal trading of natural resources is currently rampant in the entire state. Of which Ramgarh and Hazaribagh districts are not touched. An illegal business of stealing coal from hundreds of trucks every day is going on in Ramgarh district. Along with the development work being disrupted due to coal theft, the state development money is also going into the pockets of the corrupt leaders of the ruling party. The Jharkhand High Court has ordered a CBI probe into coal thefts in Dhanbad district. From this it seems clear that looting of natural resources of the entire state of Jharkhand is going on in full swing. The BJP leaders urged the High Court to take suo motu notice of such illegal business and extend the scope of the CBI investigation to all areas of the mining district. In Ramgarh district, charcoal is mixed in the railway siding on a large scale and this coal is fed to the plants. The district administration and the police administration should curb this illegal business immediately. Otherwise the BJP will be forced to protest.
