In the first phase, 7,000 rupees each were transferred to the flood victims. A total of Rs 307 crore was sent to the accounts of 4.39 lakh families through DBT. Boat overturns in Kosi, everyone rescued

More than 20 houses were submerged in Gandak river in Sangrapur block in Motihari.
