According to this, during a case investigation, Ramaiya Construction owner Rocky Yadav leveled serious allegations against DSP Ajay Pratap Singh of demanding bribe in front of NIA officials. He was the Investigating Officer (IO) of a case registered with the NIA. Only then did the investigation of the claim begin. In connivance with CBI, a trap was laid to capture the DSP. While Ajay Pratap Singh was taking Rs 20 lakh from two agents in the Patna office, CBI and NIA officials raided there. All three were arrested from the spot. Cash seized. After that they were all interrogated. CBI has registered a case regarding taking bribe and is engaged in further investigation.
Rocky is the son of a former JDU MLC
In fact, a few days ago NIA raided Rocky Yadav’s company and its premises. During that time, more than Rs 1.5 crore in cash was recovered from his hideouts. The IO of this case was Ajay Pratap Singh.
