The incident took place at LLM Hospital. It was her husband who admitted the woman to hospital due to illness. The husband also filled out the hospital form for the admission process. After that the husband left there and never came back. The woman died in hospital. When the hospital authorities tried to provide information about the number and address given in the form, they found that everything was false. Now the woman has been dead for seven days and her body has started to decompose. But nobody is aware of this.

The hospital authorities are also indifferent to the rotting bodies.

According to the information of the man who was escaping, the woman was brought to the hospital on September 24. In the evening the woman’s husband brought her. The woman’s leg was swollen. The person wrote the name of the woman Neetu, aged 35 and her name Islam Gupta on the form. Instead of the address, the person wrote Susati Thana, Farukhabad. The woman died that night. When trying to contact the husband at the hospital, the address and mobile phone number were incorrect. Now after seven days the woman’s body has completely decomposed. Even then his post-mortem was not completed.
