The viral picture was accompanied by a caption that said… This man is the poorest man in the world, as his income is only two rupees. This income certificate belongs to Balram Chadhar of Ghoghra village in Banda tehsil. This income certificate was generated in January 2024. But today suddenly it became viral on social media.

Local 18 has learned that Tijju Chadhar’s family lives in the village of Ghoghra. There are five people in Tijju’s family including two sons and one daughter. Due to poor financial condition, the whole family works as a labourer. Balaram is their younger son, who studies in class 12. Balaram produced this income certificate to get the scholarship But when the scholarship doesn’t come, he talks to the teachers. After that the teachers find out that the income mentioned in the certificate is actually wrong.

Balaram said that he got this income certificate from the CCC center where he declared an income of Rs.40,000. But, 2 rupees were written. What is surprising is that neither the workers nor the Tehsildar who signed the certificate and issued it paid attention.
