The Hydro has sent an email to ticket holders this afternoon to inform them of the cancellation and to say that a refund is issued, according to the Glasgow Times.

The email reads: “The Event Organizer has contacted us to inform us that the show on October 13, 2024 has been canceled due to unforeseen scheduling difficulties.
“We give a refund for your order – so you don’t need to do anything. You’ll see a credit on the payment method you used within 15 days.
“If you have sold your tickets through Ticketmaster and not yet received payment, your sale will not go ahead – you will be refunded the cost of your original order instead.”
Jackson’s concert has also been pulled from the OVO Hydro website.
People who were supposed to attend the show were quick to approach X to share their anger and disappointment.
One person said: “Janet Jackson cancels her Glasgow show just weeks after being postponed. Third time in a row she’s canceled a show in Glasgow. I’m done.”
Another person said: “Janet Jackson, very disappointed to see that the concert in Glasgow has been cancelled. This is the second time this has happened. Bought tickets within minutes of them going on sale. Feeling very disappointed.”
OVO Hydro has been contacted for comment.
