In January 2015, Shivdeep came into the limelight for catching Inspector Sarvechand, who was asking for a bribe at Patna’s Bungalow Dak Junction, by covering him with a Sarti-style scarf. Inspector Sarvchand of UP Police has been accused of demanding money from two brothers of businessmen of Patna to close an old case. These two brothers informed the then SP Shivdeep Lande about it.
After that, Landa, in disguise, wearing a t-shirt and a scarf wrapped around his head, started waiting for Inspector Sarvechand at Dak Bungalow Junction. As soon as Sarvchand reached there to take the bribe money, Shivdeep stopped him. However, due to lack of evidence, Sarvachandra was released shortly.
