JE Pramod Das of REO department said that no NOC has been taken from the contractor for cutting PCC road during pipeline laying. There have been reports of road demolitions without NOC. JE Jitendra Kushwaha of Drinking Water and Sanitation Department said that the places where PCC road has been demolished will be repaired after completion of the pipeline work.
