Sri Sri Ravi Shankar said that there should be representation from the government side in this committee, but it would have to play a small role here. Major decisions and everything should be taken by religious councils like SGPC.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu accused the previous government (YSRCP) of using fake ghee in Ladu Prasad. He claimed at the NDA Legislature Party meeting in Amravati that Tirumala Ladoo is also made of substandard ingredients. They used animal fat instead of ghee.
