Shatabdi Majumdar becomes SDO Dhalbhum
Six administrative officers from East Singhbhum district have been transferred. These include three ADMs, one SDM, one welfare officer and one executive magistrate. Dhalbhum divisional officer Parul Singh will be replaced by Shatabdi Majumdar, who is currently working in the finance department.

SOR cum ADM Law and Order Mahendra Kumar has been made Deputy Secretary of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Cooperation Department. Meanwhile, acting director of NEP and ADC Ajay Kumar Sao has been appointed as the secretary of Kolhan Transport Authority.
Additional Commissioner of Mango Municipal Corporation, Ranjit Lohra, has been made Deputy Secretary in the Health Department. Sumit Prakash, who has been the Executive Magistrate for a long time, has been transferred to the Rural Development Department.
Seraikela DTO Shankaracharya Samad has been appointed in place of District Welfare Officer Rajendra Prasad Gupta. Khunti SDM Aniket Sachan has been appointed to the vacant post of ADM Law and Order. Shatabdi Majumdar is also an IAS officer, taking the number of IAS officers in the district to five.
