For this the Zilla Parishad Vivah Bhavan complex was chosen as the event venue. In the meeting, the Civil Surgeon was instructed to see to the replacement of the medical staff with necessary life-saving drugs along with an ambulance near the venue of the competition and the accommodation.
The Director General of the Municipal Council was instructed to regulate the cleanliness of the competition area and the residence before and during the competition and to take care of the deputy of the cleaning staff. The senior engineer of PHED was told that he would make sure to provide pure drinking water and temporary toilets for the players at the competition place.
Besides, instructions were also given to make arrangements for hand pumps in sufficient quantity. SDM and SDPO have been directed to deputy referee at the venue of the competition and replace police force in view of the security arrangements. Instructions were given for arranging a counter and a control room at the competition venue.
