New Delhi: The junior doctors of Delhi stood by the junior doctors of the state. Several calls were made on behalf of junior doctors of Delhi in a press conference these days. Dr Bipresh Chakraborty and other doctors raised several questions about the investigation process. The junior doctors of the state have been waiting for 37 days for the accused to be sentenced. But the nature of the investigation is not yet known. The CBI has not said anything transparently yet The environment required for resident doctors to work peacefully will only come when the link with the political ones has been broken. This was revealed at a meeting of junior doctors in Delhi.

Junior doctors said in five call points

* Want justice for the victim. Urge CBI and Supreme Court for immediate justice
* ⁠Remove Secretary of Health, Director of Health Education, Director of Health. Corruption is one of the reasons for the spread of corruption in the health system
* CP should be deleted. PI vs. DC North. Proceedings against DC Central
* ⁠Separate toilets for female and male doctors in the hospital. Panic button in every duty room. Appoint appropriate security personnel, CCTV int. The referral process needs to be simplified. Beds should be updated live across the state. Psychologists should be appointed to advise patients’ families. In accordance with Posh 2013, an Internal Compliance Committee must be created.
* The culture of intimidation must be stopped

Incidentally, in a press conference in Delhi on Monday, several organizations of senior doctors demanded live streaming of the Prime Minister’s meeting at 5 pm today.
Their question, what does the government want to hide? Having to face the uncomfortable question so why not live stream?
They feel videography should be allowed on both sides if not live streaming.

4 organizations of doctors in Delhi called 7 points in a press conference today.

Their 7 point demand includes –

# Impartial investigation.
# Dismiss the chief officers of the health department including the health secretary.
# Dismiss the Commissioner of Police, DC Central and DC North immediately.
# Not taking strict action against junior doctors and agitators.
# Abolition of the State Medical Council.
# Investigation to which address, to be notified.

Doctors like Subarna Goswami, Kaushik Chaki, Adish Bose, Siddharth Daga, Rajeev Pandey, Tuhin Dutta have made these claims. They said, “Tomorrow is the hearing. We are looking. I want to continue the non-violent movement in a democratic way.”
