Giving information about this matter, deceased Sanjay’s brother Sonu said that his brother Sanjay was working at Super Auto Plot No. 80 in Sector 6 on June 19. During this period his health deteriorated. After this, the company employees first took him to a private hospital in Sector 7. Where the doctors said that Sanjay’s health was not improving and asked him to take him to a big hospital.

Sonu said that when Sanjay did not return home, he searched for Sanjay from the company in different areas of Faridabad. During this time, he also went to SHO of Sector 8 police station but SHO Manoj of Sector 8 police station did not cooperate to find Sanjay.

Sonu said that he went through it to the government ambulance control room at Badshah Khan Civil Hospital and inquired about Sanjay and came to know that Sanjay had reached Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi on 19th. Died during treatment on the 20th. He got this information about Sanjay on 23rd. After this he again approached SHO Sector 8, Faridabad and complained of negligence against the operator of the company.
But Manoj Kumar, SHO of Sector 8 Police Station, pushed him away and threw him out. Today, when Sanjay’s post-mortem was conducted at Safdarjung, the police hastily registered a case under lighter sections and completed Sanjay’s post-mortem. But in collusion with the company’s operators, a case of negligence was not registered against them.

Making these allegations, the family members of deceased Sanjay brought Sanjay’s body to Neelam Chowk in Faridabad and blocked it. During this, he demanded to take appropriate action not only against the company operators but also against SHO Manoj of Police Sector 8. After receiving information about the jam, ACP Ballabhgarh Vinod Kumar reached the spot and cleared the jam in assuring the family members of the deceased of appropriate steps. After that the family members of the deceased left peacefully with the dead body.
