In fact, the responsibility for the messenger and the transport of the paper was given to the courier company Bluedart. Bluedart sent the paper to Ranchi from Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
According to the rules given by the National Testing Agency (NTA), the question paper was to be sent directly from Ranchi to the SBI Bank located at Jollo Park, Hazaribagh.
But on May 3, the courier company brought the paper box from Ranchi to Bluedart’s office in Oriya, Zariba, by public transport.
Question paper sent to SBI bank through e-rickshaw
In this public transport, the luggage of many people came from Ranchi to Hazaribagh and it was sent from Ranchi to Hazaribagh with the trust of only one driver. On May 3 itself, the loan paper from Oriya was sent to SBI Bank through the courier company E-Rickshaw.
When the EOU team went to the office of the courier company, its operator was found absconding. Its people were interrogated and CCTV footage was seized.
The courier company also did not provide information to the EOU about which e-rickshaw the loan paper was sent to the bank. From the investigation so far, it is clear that the paper was blown while it arrived at the center from the bank on May 5. That is why the paper with the answer reached Chintu’s WhatsApp in Patna on the morning of May 5.

According to EOU’s investigation so far, the leader of the NEET paper leak gang is Sanjeev Mukhiya alias Lutan Manlanda. Sanjeev’s nephew, Rakesh Ranjan, known as Rocky, lives in Ranchi and has opened a restaurant. If sources are to be believed, Rocky played an important role in the NEET UG paper leak scandal.
Rocky was the one who conspired to blow up the paper from Hazaribagh. This made the medical students of Ranchi and Patna to solve the paper.
It was also decided which medical student would solve the questions of which subject (physics, chemistry, zoology and botany). When this conspiracy was scripted, Sanjeev Mohiya and Sikander went to Rocky Branchi’s hideout several times.
Avdesh was also present with these people at this time. On the morning of 5th May, the question paper was solved after a flight and after that Rocky sent it to the mobile phone of Chintu alias Baldev in Patna.
The investigating agency found burnt papers.
The digital cabinet that was supposed to open automatically was opened by cutting with a cutter.
Dr. Ehsanul Haq, principal of Oasis School in Hazaribagh from where the NEET paper was leaked, said the paper was received on May 5 at 8:30 am. The exam was from 2:00 pm and the digital lock of the box was to be opened at -13:15 with a beeping sound. The digital lock didn’t open so we waited until 1:20.
After that, on the instructions of the NTA, the box with the digital lock was cut with a cutter and opened. The investigation team suspects that the digital lock has already been opened, hence it did not open automatically in time.
During the investigation, the Bihar Police discovered that the polybag in which the question paper was packed was cut from the bottom and then glued.
Principal of Oasis School, Hazaribagh, Dr. Ehsan Ul Haq claimed that the NEET paper was not leaked from the school.
The exam mafia had full information
All works suspended in Patna, JE Sikandar Yadvendu, Amit Anand, Nitish and others observed. If sources are to be believed, Rocky sent the solved questions not only to Patna but also to Ranchi, Bokaro, Jamshedpur and some bakeries of UP two sets of each question paper to two banks. The question paper was sent to Canara Bank and SBI in Hazaribagh.
NTA has decided that the SBI question paper will reach the exam centers. EOU investigation revealed that the question paper received by Canara Bank was not used and the box of papers was returned to NTA. The investigation team suspects that the bakers, after meeting the courier/transportation company, found out that the paper would arrive at the testing center from SBI only and then stole it from the route.
A cyber criminal gang used to provide a hideout along with a mobile and SIM
Investigation of cyber criminals revealed that this gang purchases mobiles and SIMs from Bengal and Jharkhand under fake names and addresses. Fraudsters said – The mobile phones and sims used by Sanjeev Mohiya, Rocky and other bakers in the NEET UG question paper leak scandal were provided by these people only.
This gang of cyber criminals not only provides mobile phones and SIM cards to Sanjeev Mohiya’s gang but also provides them a place to hide. The EOU team is now conducting raids to arrest kingpin Ranjan Kumar. EOU also gave this information to Sheikhupura police.
Shahpura police are also looking for Ranjan. These people acquired property worth millions by taking huge money from Sanjeev Mohiya gang. Rajiv, alias Karu, said he bought a Honda Amaze car with cyber fraud money.
In the NEET paper leak case, the police have arrested the probe mafia Chintu alias Baldev and Mukesh along with cyber criminals Rajiv alias Karu from Ekangarsarai, Paramjeet Singh alias Bittu and Panku Kumar from Chabilapur from Jhunni Singh’s farmhouse located near Deoghar AIIMS. A separate case has been registered against these three cyber criminals in the EOU. The police recovered from them 11 checks of SBI, Bank of Baroda and Indian Bank, as well as two check books of Indian Bank and Punjab National Bank.
Dozens of SIM cards were recovered along with cash
Apart from this, Rs 64,500, four mobiles, dozens of SIM cards and a Honda Amaze car were recovered. Cybercriminals said that these people are committing fraud in the name of providing jobs and loans. His gang is active in Sheikhupura, Nalanda and Nevada. The leader of the gang is Ranjan Kumar, son of Dayanand Kumar of Khopursarai, Sheikhupura. The police have also registered a case against Ranjan Kumar.
Questioning of a candidate from a merchant
On Monday, a candidate resident of Saharsa was questioned at the EOU. The candidate and his guardian were interrogated for three hours. During which the police asked how these people came into contact with the mafia? How much check is given to the mafia? The student said that the question and answer paper that was changed at the school located in Khamanichek was exactly the same.
NTA has sent details of 15 EOU candidates. Two of these students were questioned on June 19. In this case, currently kingpin Sanjeev Mohiya, his nephew Rakesh Ranjan alias Rocky, Ashutosh, Manish Prakash and many others are absconding.
