A woman along with three friends living in Israna sub-division in Haryana’s Panipat district cheated by pretending to be a High Court judge. The three youths were taken Rs 20 lakh on the pretext of getting them government jobs. After this they were given fake joining letters and identity cards.

After reaching an agreement, on October 10, 2019, the three gave Rs 5 lakh each in cash to the woman in question under the Israna bridge. On 7 November, Naveen and Monu were given a joining letter and asked to join duty. After this he wanted a little more money. He then transferred Rs 3 lakh in cash and Rs 1.5 lakh to his account.
