Peshawar (Web Desk) Shakeel Bashir Khan, former member of provincial assembly of Awami National Party (ANP) was arrested in Charsadda district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to the police, Shakeel Bashir Khan has been arrested by Additional Sessions Judge Nusrat Naz for canceling the pre-arrest bail under Section 506.
Along with Shakeel Bashir, his two brothers Khalil Khan and Afzal Khan were also arrested from the court room.
The police have moved the three accused to prison.
