A delegation led by Kishore Mantri, president of Jharkhand Federation of Chamber of Commerce and Industries, met Chief Minister Champai Soren on Friday to attend the Startup Conclave held on July 6 as the chief guest.

Apart from the Vice Chancellor of Ranchi University, the delegation also met the Principal of Doranda College and Marwadi College and invited Startup Cell students studying in the college to participate in this conclave. The President of the Chamber said that the objective of organizing this conclave is to bring innovators, entrepreneurs, investors, bankers and state government officials together on one platform and provide support to realize their ideas and plans.
The General Secretary of the Chamber, Paresh Gattani, said that through the conclave, the selected start-up companies will be mixed with successful entrepreneurs and their investment will also be confirmed. The senior officers of the department in question are also invited to the conclave, so that the young entrepreneurs who want to progress in the start-up field can get departmental support. The delegation included Vice President Aditya Malhotra, Chairman Start-Up Sub-Committee Amit Agarwal, Chairman Tribal Women Entrepreneurs Sub-Committee Mala Kujur and member Manish Piyush.
