The bus driver is from Himachal
The police received information that prohibited alcohol was brought in the bus (BR 01 PJ -7575). This bus runs on Patna-Ghaziabad-Delhi route. The police took immediate action and arrested 3 people along with the drinks. The accused have been identified as bus driver Janak Raj, a resident of Himachal Pradesh, Sushil Kumar of UP and Chandan Kumar of Bhojpur, Bihar.

Secretary SDPO-2 Sushil Kumar said a case has been registered at the airport police station on the request of Prashant Kumar Singh, assistant regional manager of Bihar State Road Transport Corporation, Patna. 47 bottles of different brands and 18 cans of beer were found from the bus. The police registered the case and started investigating the matter.
