Fake pipes caught at Narnaund police station.
The police raided the Bharti Polymer Pipe Factory on Budana Road, Narnaund in the name of a private limited PVC pipe company based in Mohali, Punjab for making fake pipes.

During the verification, the police have registered a case against Kuldeep and Siddharth in the name of selling fake pipes. The police have also found 90 fake pipes from the spot.
The Mohali company manager complained
Mohali resident Amit Dubey said in the complaint given to the Narnaund police that he was working as an operations manager at RK Associate Mohali. Amit said that Kuldeep and Siddharth, owners of Bharti Polymer Pipe Factory, Budana Road, Narnaund, are preparing fake PVC pipes in their factory under the name of our authorized company Supreme Industries Limited and supplying the fake ones in the market by passing them off as real. .
He approached the police after a complaint
After the complaint, Narnaund police station along with a team of officers like RK Associate, Operations Manager Amit Dubey, Rachna Kapoor and Rajesh Sharma posted in Mohali, reached Narnaund and raided Bharti Polymer Pipe Factory.
Rachna Kapoor, associate of the RK firm’s legal team, was also present. In the complaint given to the police, it was said that Rinku, a resident of Dharamgarh of Panipat district, was found at that time in the factory and said that his father was a shareholder in this factory.
The police investigated the case
During the inspection, 58 pipes of 3 inches, 32 pipes of 1.5 inches and one screen of Supreme Company were recovered in the factory. On which the Supreme Company logo was printed. After checking, the team said that this pipe is fake. The police have registered a case against Kuldeep and Siddharth under sections 63 and 65 of the IPC and the Copyright Act and have started further investigation.
