Florida took it to Edmonton between the two Oilers goals of the period but Stuart Skinner was excellent with 11 saves.

The Oilers lead 3-0 after two periods.

German forward Leon Draisatil, who has been quiet in the Stanley Cup final so far, assisted Warren Foegele for the first goal of the game.

Foegele was on Connor McDavid’s line in the previous game but switched with Ryan Nugent-Hopkins for Game 6.

Game 6 of the Stanley Cup Final between the Edmonton Oilers and Florida Panthers at Rogers Place is about to begin.

The Oilers won the last two games but the Panthers lead the best of seven series 3-2.

If the Oilers win on Friday night, they will force a Game 7 in South Florida on Monday night.
