Under CSR, Shiva Cement celebrated Rajo Utsav at Telighana (Mango Orchard). It is a traditional festival of Odisha, marking the beginning of the monsoon season. More than 150 women participated in the program.
The festivities included traditional music, dance and various activities showcasing the region’s rich cultural tapestry. The festival highlights Shiva Cement’s dedication to promoting and preserving local traditions while fostering a spirit of unity and happiness among its employees and the surrounding community. Prizes were awarded to winners who performed well. Present on this occasion were Sunil Kumar Nath (Head Land & Contact), Prashant Pradhan (Head- F&A), Gati Krishna Panda (HR Department), Lima Rose Lakra (CSR Department) and Sangram Kashti Raut (CSR Department) and Shiva. In the program the celebration was celebrated under the guidance of Anil Kumar Mishra, head of the cement unit.
