Chandrasekhar then said, ‘Elon Musk’s opinion may be relevant in America and other countries, where internet-connected voting machines are used’.

According to Chandrasekhar, EVM can be tampered with only where the voting machines are connected through Bluetooth, WiFi, Internet.
