Buddhadev Sengupta, New Delhi: A big question mark in the potential of Bengal left-Congress alliance! The Left has already announced its candidate for the Coochbehar Lok Sabha seat. Nitish Chandra Roy was nominated in this center on a Bloc Ymlaen ticket. The Congress has put a candidate in that seat. Naturally, the question began to arise, but did Bengal India’s league die in the last year?
While the Trinamool tried to find its way in the Indian League, the Congress was trying to tie the knot with the CPM in Bengal. Nevertheless, after the fourth list came out on Saturday night, it was seen that the century-old team had ‘slipped’. Piya Roychowdhury has been nominated by the Congress for the Cooch Behar seat. However, Nitish Chandra Roy was nominated by Left Front earlier in this centre. After the release of the list of candidates for 46 constituencies by the Congress, the interpretation of hand camps on the issue of Cooch Behar, the Congress alliance with the CPM. Not with a front block. There is no CPM candidate in Cooch Behar. So the candidate has been given by the Congress.

On the other hand, the front block is very angry with this alliance. Party state secretary Naren Chattopadhyay said, “We have nothing to say about this. CPM will answer this. We are forward partners. The candidate in Cooch Behar is also Forward. Not just the front block.” All in all, it goes without saying that this move by the Hath camp will be a major thorn in the alliance’s path in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Meanwhile, the Congress is going to have a four-way fight in Cooch Behar in this centre.Nishit Pramanik, Minister of State for Union Home Ministry, has already been nominated here by BJP.Besides, Trinamool candidate Jagdish Chandra Basunia is here.
