Hyderabad: The ED custody of MLC Kavitha, who was arrested in the Delhi liquor policy case, will end today. The authorities will present Kavitha in the Rouse Avenue court at 12.30pm on Saturday. The progress of the investigation into the case will be explained to the court. It is known that there is a possibility of seeking prison for another three days. Meanwhile, ED has already taken Delhi CM Kejriwal into custody in the same case. It is known that both of them will be questioned by the DA at the same time.
It is known that ED has arrested the MLC Kavitha on the 15th of this month. Last Saturday, Rouse Avenue Court remanded her in custody for a week. As custody ends today, she will be produced in court again at 12.30pm. Meanwhile, the ED officials are conducting raids on the houses of Kavitha’s relatives in Hyderabad.
