Narendra Modi held his first meeting with ministers-to-be today before taking oath. But twenty people who were Union Ministers during Narendra Modi’s second term as Prime Minister were not invited to this meeting. In other words, 20 former Union ministers did not attend Modi’s first meeting.

Before taking oath today, Narendra Modi held his first meeting with prospective ministers and in a meeting with 22 MPs at the Prime Minister’s residence, Modi said that a five-year road map is ready. The MPs who attended the meeting at the Prime Minister’s residence included Sarbananda Sonowal, Chirag Paswan, Annapurna Devi, Manohar Lal Khattar, Shivraj Singh Chauhan, Bhageerath Chaudhary, Kiran Rijiju, Jitin Prasad, HD Kumaraswamy, Jyotiraditya Scinthar, Nirmala Sinetharamanetaman. Besides, Ajay Tamta, Rao Inderjit Singh, Nityanand Rai, Jitan Ram Manjhi, Dharmendra Pradhan, Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, Harsh Malhotra, S Jaishankar, CR Patil and Krishnapal Gurjar were present.
