Ratlam SP Rahul Kumar Lodha, who was on leave for a week, returned on Saturday evening. As soon as SP returned from his leave, he held a meeting of all the city police officers at around 12 o’clock at night in the old control room located on the Station Road police station premises.

In view of the upcoming festival, SP emphasized on maintaining peace in the area. In view of the Javra incident, SP gave instructions for combing patrolling throughout Saturday night. Late at night the police officers went out in force to their respective police station areas. The area has become on high alert after a cow’s head was cut off and thrown in the Jagannath Mahadev Javra temple.
Apart from Ratlam, police officers and forces from other districts are stationed in Javra. Police officers keep an eye on all activity. According to sources, ATS is also going to start its investigation into the Javra case soon.
