The car was traveling at high speed and hit a motorcycle in the meantime. Two people died in this accident. When this issue was discussed throughout the country, the government administration went into action. Now a Pune court hearing the case has sent the boy’s parents and another accused to judicial custody for another 14 days.

What are the allegations against the parents?

The police claim that the middleman Ashpak Makander made a deal for the exchange of blood samples in the amount of 3 lakh rupees between Kishore’s father Vishal Aggarwal and Dr. Srihari Halanur of Sassoon Hospital. Apart from this, it is claimed that the blood samples of the boy and his mother were exchanged.

Kishore’s aunt filed a petition in the Bombay High Court

The aunt of the boy accused in the Pune Porsche road accident case has filed a petition in the Bombay High Court. He claimed that the boy was held in illegal detention. He demanded the immediate release of the boy. The petition filed on June 10 was heard by the division bench of Justices Bharti Dhangra and Manjusha Deshpande on Friday. After hearing all the arguments, the committee adjourned the hearing on the petition to June 20.

The autopsy report of the deceased will not affect the case – the police

On the other hand, after allegations of tampering with the deceased’s visceral reports in the Porsche road accident case, the Pune police gave clarifications on Thursday. The police say that the autopsy report of the deceased will not have any effect on the case, because the minor driver of the Porsche hit the bicycle from behind.

The incident took place in Kalyani Nagar on May 19.

Let us tell you that on May 19, a Porsche car hit a bike in Kalyani Nagar, Pune. Two IT engineers riding the bike were killed in the accident. The two deceased have been identified as Anish Awadhya and Ashwini Kushta. It is claimed that the Porsche car was driven by a 17-year-old boy, who was drunk at the time of the incident.
