Charkhi Dadri Haryana Roadways General Manager Naveen Sharma said that happy cards of 35 thousand people of the area have been prepared. Of these around 6 thousand cards have been distributed. He said there are 3 counters for issuing cards and 7 computer counters for updates. 5 people are used per counter and one person each at the computer counter.
