An FIR has been registered against three people including Arun BS, son of Union minister V Somanna, in Bangalore, Karnataka. All are accused of committing fraud at an event management company. Apart from that, the company’s employees were also threatened with murder. The police said that the case was registered on June 12. There was no immediate response from Aaron or his family.
What was said in the FIR?
According to the FIR, the woman named Tropi claimed that she and her husband Madhabraj had been running an event management company for the past 23 years. While organizing a government function in 2013, he met Arun, son of the Union Minister of State for Jal Shakti and Railways. In 2017, his girlfriend also organized a birthday party for Aron’s daughter. After that, Aron transferred the job of planning the events to his friends and other family members to the complainant’s company. In 2019, Arun and Madhavraj formed a company together under an agreement.
When there was a loss, he had to resign.
When the business incurred losses, Arun did not inform Madhbraj. When Madhavraj inquired about this, he was forced to resign from the company. Later Aron also included new partners in the company. Tropi also claimed that she and her husband had received death threats. Madhavraj’s dividend in the company was also reduced from 30% to 10%. The FIR states that a number of irregularities related to the location of the office and the registration of the company were made using forged documents. The complainant also claimed that her family was attacked by masters and her husband was imprisoned in a dark room and tortured.
