Because of the humidity in the air which was 91 percent in the morning and 65 percent in the afternoon, people continued to sweat even after being in the fan.
The meteorological department has predicted that the scorching heat will continue like this for the next three days until the arrival of the monsoon. Monsoon is expected to reach entire North Bihar including Muzaffarpur district on June 15-16. Until then, warm days and a mild heat wave will continue. However, even after the monsoon reaches the region, there is no possibility of much rain till June 20.
