Surguja will get relief from pre-monsoon
According to the forecasts of the meteorological department, the monsoon may reach Surguja by June 15. There is a possibility of delay due to cessation of monsoon near Soka. However, clouds have started appearing in Surguja division since Wednesday. Pre-monsoon rains are expected to provide some relief from the scorching heat. However, the maximum temperature is not expected to drop much before the monsoon.
Clouds are covered with humid winds
According to the Meteorological Department, due to humid winds coming from the Bay of Bengal, clouds started appearing in some areas in the afternoon. There may be some drop in maximum temperature due to clouds from Wednesday. A similar situation is expected to continue until the arrival of the monsoon.
