Two shops were burnt to ashes due to a sudden fire at 12 o’clock on Tuesday night near Jangi Masjid located in Mina Mazar of Batia Nagar. According to reports, the cause of the incident is a short circuit. However, based on information from local residents, 15 fire brigades arrived with three vehicles and managed to control the fire after an hour of hard work. On Tuesday evening around 9:00 p.m., booksellers Ayaz Khan and sandal shopkeepers Javed Abdullah closed their shop and went home.
