Guwahati: At least 12 people were injured after a bus collided with a truck in Tauk in Jorhat district on Monday, September 30 at around 3:00 am.

Talking to Gplus, an official from Jorhat Police Station informed that a bus while returning to Teok from ‘Aatmanirbhar Assam’ event in Guwahati collided with a truck parked on the roadside in Mudoijan area.
According to the official, shortly after the accident the driver fled the scene. The injured were taken to the Jorhat Medical College and Hospital for treatment.
